The company has great people, however, the levels of uncertainty that came with merger activities ramping up were creating concern amongst some areas of leadership. Senior leadership recognized the opportunity and engaged Helios.
Helios provided a readiness assessment and subsequently resiliency and leadership training to impacted leaders. A people-focused change strategy, with active and ongoing coaching and facilitation opportunities, was established to help create the space for leadership to thrive within the transition. Leadership and team development were key in creating vulnerability and trust throughout this transition.
The change strategy was enabled and Helios provided support in an ongoing capacity for three years as this area of the organization found their new ground to stand on.
