In 2017 we were engaged to assess and evaluate the organizational impact across all functions (Operations, Finance, Human Resources, Commercial, Supply Chain, etc.) of an acquisition of two target companies. Our role was to determine the current state and evaluate the anticipated areas and degree of impact of the targeted acquisition focused on operational, technical and change readiness. We advised executive leadership on the potential opportunities and challenges based on the current and future operating model and environment, which included components of leadership and culture. The engagement duration was six months.
