Mike has more than 30 years of International Project Operations and Maintenance Management experience. He has held management roles in various aspects of oil and gas production, and has developed a deep technical knowledge of production efficiency strategies and their implementation into both green field and brown field applications.
His areas of expertise lie in the identification of operational issues and the development of fit for purpose solutions which combine people, process and technology to achieve optimum outcomes from complex problems.
Mike also has extensive knowledge of Operational Readiness Programs and the preparation of teams and processes for “go-live” including development of operational and maintenance frameworks and processes
